- All players selected must pay a $150 non-refundable deposit. This deposit will be credited toward the player's 2008/2009 Club Fees. Upon notification from the coach that a player is accepted into the program, the completed commitment form and deposit must be mailed to the club office within 7 days. Failure to pay the required deposit by this date may result in the player being removed from the team. Payments must be made payable to: "GAMEFACE INTERNATIONAL, LLC". - 2008/2009 Club Fees are now combined with Team Fees. These Fees do not include: Travel, Hotel Costs, Camps, Special Programming, overseas trips, and Uniform Costs.
- All new players must purchase the FC Revolution NIKE uniform package. Bags and sweats are optional. All ordering, sizing and printing will be handled by Angelo’s Soccer Corner in
- The Club will determine the events for all teams with input from the coaching staff.
- Club-Wide Fund Raising opportunities will be available throughout the club season.
- Individual Team Fundraisers and/or donations to subsidize payments are available upon club approval, which runs from June 1, 2008 – May 31, 2009.
- Other than injured players, which are handled on an individual basis, refunds will NOT be given to any player who chooses to leave the team prior to May 31, 2009.
