Our secure registration page is now available for the DECEMBER payment. 
 
Your $150 Commitment Fee and June, August and October payments should have already been processed.  Through this process, you were given the opportunity to pay-off your season balance in full or schedule an automatic payment for December.

You will need your Visa, MC, Discover or PayPal information to complete your online payment registration.

JUNE INSTALLMENT - FULL PAYMENT

If you received notice that you made the team for the 2008/2009 season, the $150 Commitment Fee (non-refundable deposit to secure your roster spot) should have already been processed.

  • Our secure registration page is now available for the JUNE payment. 
  • There is also an option to pay for the full year if you choose to do so.

FC Revolution Club - Required Information!

Documents listed below include information on cost structure/payment schedule, medical release and player registration forms. After completing your player commitment registration/$150 deposit, you must print/complete the medical release  and US Club player registration forms. In addition, two 1x1 passport size photos and your child's birth certificate are needed.

In order to secure the roster position,  players must pay a $150 non-refundable player commitment deposit within 7 days.
You must complete this process by registering and paying on-line, or you can download, print and mail to the GAMEFACE address listed below .

  • This $150 non-refundable deposit will be applied to your total 2008/2009 club fees. 
  • Please note:  all checks/money orders must be made payable to:

Once selected to play for FC Revolution, all new players must purchase the mandatory uniform package. Returning players will be able to order replacement items if needed.

All FC Revolution players may proceed with uniform fitting and ordering. Deadline to place a uniform order is Sunday June 21, 2008. Thanks.
